Returns

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging, where applicable.

Some items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Signed CDs
  • Signed posters
  • Signed books

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size, please Contact Us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed to do so.

In the event of a return, we will provide you with an address to return the item to via email.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Refunds

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit. This may apply to the following items:

  • Signed books
  • Signed CDs
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email to notify you that we’ve received the item.

We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
