Delivery Times

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail, and delivery times depend on the option you choose at checkout:

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Faster Delivery: 2–3 working days
• Rapid Delivery: 1–2 working days

For International Deliveries

Delivery can take up to 10 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us for assistance.

Dispatch Details

Items ordered on a Friday or weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Most orders are dispatched 2–3 working days after being received.

If Shao Dow is on tour, there may be a short delay. If so, you’ll be notified via email.

For UK Deliveries

Standard UK Delivery is free.

Faster UK delivery options are available at an additional cost (calculated at checkout).

For International Deliveries

Costs will vary and are calculated at checkout.

Pre-ordering lets you reserve an item that’s out of stock or coming soon. It helps us restock faster and gauge interest in new products.

Delivery may take longer, but you’ll receive an estimated arrival date and updates.

For New Releases

Excited about a new product coming soon? You can place a pre-order up to a month or more in advance.

The release date will be advertised, and your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.

Your pre-orders help fund the production of the new projects.

• PayPal

Both options offer maximum security. No payment details are stored on this website.
