The ShaoDow Lite Headphones allow you to control your music wirelessly using the five button control panel on the side of the headset.

These rechargeable headphones boast an 8 - 10 hour battery life and a 250 hour standby time.
Despite their small size they are able to produce a superb bass reproduction whilst cancelling outside noise.

How Do You Take Payment?
Payment is taken securely via PayPal. We record name, email address and postal address for delivery and contact purposes only.
No personal banking details are kept by this site.
Do You Deliver To Countries Other Than The UK?
Yes we do, simply select your country during the checkout stage.
The headphones will be sent via Royal Mail airmail, as such, prices are likely to be more than they would be for UK delivery and delivery time will also be longer.
What Happens If The Delivery Is Lost?
You will will be provided with a tracking reference number for the delivery after your order is placed. It will be possible for you (and us) to monitor the status and likely arrival time of the headphones.
We will do everything in our power to honour the delivery times indicated on this website.
We cannot however be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery or loss of a package caused by a third party contracted to make the delivery, or due to an unforeseen event or Act of God.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package in the indicated time frame, please let us know as soon as possible.
An investigation will be conducted with the carrier, this may take several days. During this period, no reimbursement or re-delivery can take place until after the issue is resolved.
Once loss is confirmed by the delivery company, you will be contacted and sent a new pair of headphones.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
All headphones are sold with a 14 day hassle-free money back guarantee and standard manufacturer's warranty of 1 year from the date that the item was purchased.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days, simply Contact Us for a returns address and then return the headphones in sellable condition via post for a full refund (a postal service that includes parcel tracking is recommended).
After 14 days the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods.
Please note that shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility which we believe to be fair practice.
DO NOT SEND the item back until a returns address has been confirmed. All goods must be returned to Freesound Audio (The Manufacturer) before any replacement, repair or refund can be made, and must be within 14 days of receiving the response email.
Your product must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it.
By following the steps above you will receive a full refund for the price of the product.
A processing fee, up to a maximum of 25 Percent of the total product purchase price may be applied for products returned incomplete or in a condition where the goods cannot be resold as new.
What If The Product Becomes Faulty?
In the unlikely event that a latent defect is discovered, we will ensure that the faulty product is brought up to code, at no extra charge to the customer.
The legal guarantee concerning product conformity covers all latent defects discovered within 1 year from the date your headphones were delivered.
If a fault is discovered simply Contact Us for a returns address and then return the headphones via post (a postal service that includes parcel tracking is recommended). The faulty unit will then be repaired or replaced and then sent back to your address.
DO NOT SEND the item back until a returns address has been confirmed.
The legal guarantee concerning product conformity does not apply in some cases:
– when damage is caused by external factors such as shocks, lightning, power surges, rust and sand.
– when damage is caused by the customer’s non-respect of the goods per the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the use of, and installation of the product.
– when damage is caused by the customer’s misuse or mishandling of the product.
– when the customer is aware of damage to the product at the time of placing their order.
We do not warrant that all products will operate uninterrupted, due to the nature of wireless technology, or be error free. Our only liability will be at our option, to repair or replace the defective goods within the warranty period.
